What AlAmeenAgents is, what it is not, and what we ask of the people who use it.
Who runs this site
AlAmeenAgents is a project of T4I1 Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a company being incorporated in India. Until the company is incorporated, the site is run by its founder. When it is incorporated, the company becomes the operator and this line will say so.
What the site does
- It shows licensed Dubai real estate agents, the deals they have had verified, and the score their clients gave them out of 10.
- It shows sale prices recorded at the Dubai Land Department.
- It lets a visitor message an agent on WhatsApp.
What the site is not
- We are not a real estate broker. We do not advertise properties, arrange viewings, negotiate, or take part in any deal.
- We are independent. We are not part of, or endorsed by, the Dubai Land Department, RERA, Dubai Police or any government body.
- We do not give property, legal, tax or investment advice. Prices shown are past recorded sales, not a valuation of any home.
How a deal becomes verified
- An agent's licence is checked against the broker register the Dubai Land Department publishes.
- A sale is verified from the official sale contract (Form F) naming the agent, or by the client confirming it with the contract number; either way it is checked against Dubai Land Department records.
- A rental is verified when the tenant or landlord confirms it with the contract details.
- Verification confirms that a deal took place and who says they handled it. It is not a promise about an agent's future conduct.
How agents are ordered
Agents are ordered by their verified deals. No agent can pay to appear or to move up.
If you are an agent
- Claim only deals you handled, and send confirmation links only to the real client of that deal.
- Do not confirm your own deals, arrange for others to pose as clients, or upload documents that are not genuine.
- We may remove a deal or suspend a profile where we find these rules broken, and we may ask for more proof.
- Your page is yours to promote yourself: your story, your photos, your contact details, and links to wherever else you are.
- Do not use it to advertise a particular property for sale or rent. In Dubai that needs a permit and belongs on a licensed portal; link to your listings there instead.
- Being listed and verified is free. Paid tools may be offered later; nothing is charged without your clear agreement first.
If you are a client
- Confirm a deal only if you were the buyer, seller, tenant or landlord in it.
- You may give the agent a score out of 10. No written review is taken or shown.
- Your score counts towards the agent's average, which appears only once three clients have rated. Your own score is never shown, and the agent cannot change it.
What nobody may post
No one may use the site to post anything that is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, threatening, discriminatory, false or misleading, that impersonates another person, that infringes someone's rights, or that breaks the law of India or of the United Arab Emirates.
Complaints
- Complaints about anything on the site go to our Grievance Officer: The Grievance Officer, AlAmeenAgents, contact@alameenagents.com.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and decide it within 15 days.
- Say what the complaint is about and, if it concerns a page, give its address.
Messages to agents
When you message an agent, the conversation happens on WhatsApp between you and the agent. We are not a party to it and do not see it.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the information accurate, but we rely on public records and on what agents and clients tell us, and we cannot guarantee it is free of error. Choosing an agent and agreeing a deal are your own decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from them.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and will change the date below when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the site is run, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction. If the law of the place where you live gives you rights that cannot be set aside by agreement, you keep them.
