What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Who is responsible
AlAmeenAgents is a project of T4I1 Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a company being incorporated in India. Until the company is incorporated, the site is run by its founder. When it is incorporated, the company becomes the operator and this line will say so.
Consent comes first
- We hold personal details only of people who have given them to us and agreed to this page: agents who join, and clients who confirm a deal.
- We hold no details of any agent who has not joined. From the broker register the Dubai Land Department publishes we keep only each brokerage's name and its number of licensed agents, and delete everything about individuals.
- You can withdraw your agreement at any time by writing to us. We then delete your details.
If you only browse
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies and use no third-party analytics.
- Your browser may remember, on your own device, the community you last searched and the agents you messaged.
- We count which communities are searched. We do not store your internet address: only a one-way code that changes every day, so the same visit is not counted twice.
- If you tap the location button, your position is sent to a mapping service (BigDataCloud) to name your community. We do not keep it.
If you message an agent
- We record that a message was started: the agent, the community and what you chose (buying, selling or renting, property type, bedrooms, budget, timing, building).
- We do not record your name, phone number or internet address. Your message goes from your WhatsApp to the agent's.
- A day later we may ask, once, whether the agent replied. Your answer is not linked to your identity.
If you leave us a number or a note
- If you ask to be told when a community opens, we keep the phone number you give, for that purpose only.
- If you send a report or suggestion, we keep what you wrote and, if you gave it, your phone number.
If you confirm a deal as a client
- You are asked to agree before anything is sent. We then collect your name, your phone number (to send a one-time code), your role in the deal, the contract number, its start month and amount, your internet address and a device identifier.
- We use these to check the deal is real and to stop one person posing as many clients.
- If you give a score out of 10, it counts towards the agent's average, shown only once three clients have rated. Your own score, your name, your phone number and the contract number are never shown.
If you are an agent who joins
- You are asked to agree before you join. We keep your name, mobile and WhatsApp number, community, broker number (BRN), your internet address at joining, and the deals you have had verified.
- Your name, BRN, brokerage, verified deals and average score are public, and so is everything you add to your page: photo, description, pictures, email and links.
- Your phone number is not written on the page. If you switch on the WhatsApp and Call buttons, a visitor who taps one is connected to you; otherwise it is given only to a visitor who chooses to message you.
- Your photo and description can be changed only through a private address given to you when a contract proves the page is yours.
- When you upload a sale contract (Form F), we read it to match the deal and keep the matched details. We do not keep the file.
- You can remove your page from inside your own account.
Where it is kept
The site and its database are hosted outside the United Arab Emirates. By agreeing, you agree to your details being stored there.
Public records we use
Sale prices come from data the Dubai Land Department publishes. They contain no buyer, seller or tenant names.
Who we share with
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not give it to advertisers.
- It is held with the companies that host the site and send one-time codes, only so they can provide those services.
- We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Verified deals and scores are kept while the agent's profile exists. Records of messages started and of searches are deleted after two years. You can ask for your information to be removed sooner.
Why we are allowed to use it
- Clients and agents give us their details themselves, for the purpose stated at the moment they give them, and by doing so agree to this page.
- You can withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to us. We then remove your details and your score.
Your choices
- Write to contact@alameenagents.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. We acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 15 days.
- If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to our Grievance Officer at the same address.
